The purpose of present research is to design and explain the model of occupational burnout in the police headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This study is quantitative in terms of applied purpose and quantitative in nature and descriptive-survey in terms of type. The statistical population of this study includes 554 managers and commanders of NAJA who have been selected by simple random sampling method. Data collection of method In this study, in relation to research literature, library and about data related to the statistical population, the field method and a researcher-made questionnaire were used. The results of this study show that occupational plateau in general has 4 main factors: individual, official , organizational and external environment; Individual factors are in the first place, organizational factors are in the second place, job factors are in the third place and environmental factors are in the fourth place. At last, the occupational plateau model in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been explained and designed.
